About the class
At this class you will learn how to create one main dish you selected and two seasonal side dishes that are subject to change upon local produce availability of the day. You will taste all the food you prepared as the class proceeds with complimentary rice balls and miso soup.
The class covers the various traditional cooking techniques, introduction of unique ingredients and table presentation tips that follow authentic Japanese home cooking approach.
It's designed to be a combination of tasting and hands-on session, catering an intimate group of up to 4 people. Detailed recipes will be provided.
